Ministry And Public Service
After completing my studies at Ghana Christian University in 2018, I felt a strong call to deepen my involvement in ministry. This led me to Keystone Gospel Ministry, where I served for three transformative years as a Pastor and eventually as the National Deputy Presiding Elder. My time with Keystone was marked by significant spiritual growth, leadership development, and a deepening sense of purpose in ministry.
Keystone Gospel Ministry was not just a place of service but a platform where I could put into practice the theological education I had gained, as well as the leadership skills I had honed during my university years. As a Pastor, I was tasked with preaching, pastoral care, and leading the congregation in spiritual growth. Keystone's emphasis on biblical preaching and discipleship resonated deeply with me, and I quickly found myself immersed in the work of nurturing both new believers and seasoned members of the faith.

Pastor and National Deputy Presiding Elder
During my time as Pastor and National Deputy Presiding Elder at Keystone Gospel Ministry, I was dedicated to serving our congregation and fostering spiritual growth. My responsibilities included preaching on Sundays, officiating Communion, and leading baptism classes, providing essential religious guidance to our members. I also performed naming ceremonies for two babies and conducted the funerals for three late members of the church, offering support during their times of grief.
In my capacity as National Deputy Presiding Elder, I spearheaded a significant rebranding exercise, resulting in the church's name change from Holy Christ Key Stone International Ministry to Keystone Gospel Ministry— a name I proposed. I designed a new church logo that reflects our renewed identity and values, and I worked on establishing the church’s structures by instituting a church board and writing a comprehensive constitution.
As a patron of the Women’s Fellowship, I revitalized the group, fostering a supportive community among women in the church. Additionally, I served as the church's graphic designer, creating visual materials that enhanced our outreach and engagement efforts.
My leadership during this period was marked by a commitment to inclusivity and community, as I worked tirelessly to create an environment where every member could thrive spiritually and socially.

experience and lesson
However, my time at Keystone was not without challenges. As I moved deeper into the ministry, I faced complex issues related to church administration, conflict resolution, and the diverse spiritual needs of the congregation. But these challenges only strengthened my resolve to serve, drawing on my background in Conflict Management and my experience with theological reflection to navigate difficult situations. I learned how to balance the administrative responsibilities of leadership with the pastoral care required to lead a congregation with compassion and understanding.
My three years with Keystone Gospel Ministry were foundational in shaping my understanding of ministry as a holistic calling that involves preaching, teaching, leadership, and care for the community. The experience prepared me for the next phase of my journey, as I felt the call to explore further opportunities for ministry, theological growth, and leadership within the global church community.

Lecturer of Breakthrough Bible College
During my time with Keystone Gospel Ministry, I also had the privilege of serving as a lecturer at Breakthrough Bible College, a Bible school that operated under the church's umbrella. The college followed the curriculum of the International School of Ministry (ISOM), offering comprehensive theological education and ministerial training to equip future leaders of the church. The college and church were both located in Danfa, Accra, making it a hub of spiritual formation and leadership development.
Between 2019 and 2022, I played an integral role in preparing 12 ministers for ordination into various ministerial offices, including pastors, deacons, evangelists, and teachers. As a lecturer, I focused on courses related to Biblical Theology, Ministerial Ethics, Homiletics, and Leadership Development. The experience of teaching and mentoring future ministers was profoundly rewarding, as I witnessed firsthand their growth in understanding scripture and their readiness to lead congregations and ministries.
Being part of the ordination process was a humbling experience, as it allowed me to contribute to the spiritual formation of others, much like the mentorship I had received earlier in my own journey. Watching these 12 ministers take up the mantle of leadership and continue the work of the gospel was one of the highlights of my time at Breakthrough Bible College and Keystone Gospel Ministry. This period also reinforced my commitment to leadership development, ensuring that the next generation of ministers was well-equipped both spiritually and academically to serve the church and society.
